Accounting / Membership Communications role within a hospitality-focused property (Oakhurst Country Club, part of Troon) handling memberships, dues, and communications. Responsibilities include responding to member leads and inquiries, conducting New Member Orientations/On-Boarding, maintaining contact-management systems, producing monthly membership reports, managing club communications and newsletters, coordinating with the accounting department for new/resigning members paperwork, and managing the club’s social media and event marketing materials. Demonstrates strong member relations, data management, and cross-team collaboration to support membership goals, satisfaction, retention, and club branding across newsletters and communications.
