Accounting Manager

Job Summary
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across a multi-entity portfolio. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial schedules while maintaining general ledger integrity under GAAP. Prepare management reports, support internal and external audits, and partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and strengthen controls. Coach and mentor accounting team members to drive performance and development. Assist with integrating new resorts and acquisitions into accounting systems and identify process improvements for scalability. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with accounting systems and general ledger management
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred
- Experience managing close processes in multi-entity environments (hospitality or real estate a plus)
