Accounting Manager

Oversee day-to-day core accounting operations, including general ledger activities, timely transaction recording, and reconciliations. Manage and improve Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes while maintaining strong internal controls and accounting policies. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timelines are met with high accuracy and consistency. Partner cross-functionally to gather and validate financial data, and oversee accounting for our India subsidiary as we expand internationally. Coordinate with local service providers and external auditors to ensure compliance with local standards and regulatory requirements. Support audit readiness efforts by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and documentation to ensure financial records are complete and audit-ready. Assist in implementing audit recommendations and improving controls while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows. Help scale accounting infrastructure and systems as the company grows, driving continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and efficiency.
