Job Summary
Accounting Manager to lead shared services accounting operations, drive project execution and monitoring, optimize accounting processes, ensure SOX compliance, and deliver quality assurance across global operations. Responsibilities include managing accounting projects from initiation to post-implementation, coordinating resources, analyzing workflows, identifying risks and mitigations, developing documentation and management reports, and implementing sustainable processes. Preferred qualifications include CPA, project management certification, and Oracle ERP experience. Onsite role in Vertis North, Quezon City, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- minimum 10 years combined accounting and audit experience
- supervisory leadership experience
- proficiency in MS Office
- English communication proficiency
- willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant
- Project Management certification
- Oracle ERP experience
- Exposure to multinational and shared service accounting operations
