Accounting Manager

Manage and maintain accurate standard and activity-based costing systems while conducting cost analysis to determine profitability by product line, customer, or division. Monitor cost variances and their underlying drivers, ensure accurate inventory valuation following IFRS and public company reporting requirements, and prepare detailed financial reports for management and external stakeholders. Collaborate with operations to streamline production processes, oversee cycle counts, and assist in developing budgets and forecasts related to production costs and overhead. Lead and mentor a team of cost accounting professionals, drive cost-saving initiatives across production, supply chain, and procurement teams, and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards. Report to the Accounting Director at the regional corporate office in Deerfield Beach, FL.
