Job Summary
Monitor accounts receivable, reconcile daily bank activity and general ledger accounts, and prepare daily revenue reports. Lead the month-end close process, generate monthly financial statements, and partner with property leaders on forecasting and annual budgeting. Identify and resolve financial variances, calculate sales tax returns, and implement process improvements while cross-training team members and supporting onboarding. This role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 3–5 years of experience with GAAP principles, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAGE. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3 to 5 years' experience
- Understanding of accounting processes and GAAP principles
- Must be able to position self to move about
- Must be able to operate and use accounting tools and equipment
- Must be able to communicate with guests, employees, and management
- Must be able to travel (locally) to other properties occasionally
- Must have close vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus

- Advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel
