Accounting Manager

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day transactional accounting operations for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and indirect vendor invoice processes, including invoice review, accrual validation, tax treatment, and payment proposal preparation. Lead monthly accounting closing activities such as sales/revenue cutoff reviews and inventory/cost accounting recognitions while monitoring account aging, verifying receivables, and managing delinquent accounts. Supervise the Accounting team, resolve internal department inquiries, and ensure compliance with internal controls and local/global regulations. Optimize ERP systems and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years professional accounting experience in international companies
- Previous supervisory or people manager experience
- Possess a high degree of technical accounting knowledge/skills

- Professional designations including US CPA, J CPA
- Business level English proficiency both written and verbal
- Oracle EBS experiences
- Experience in major IT system implementation (new or major upgrades) or process improvement project as a key finance / accounting member
