Job Summary
Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate, timely financial reporting. Lead core accounting functions, oversee month-end and year-end close, manage AR/AP/general ledger/bank reconciliations, review journal entries and account reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance and support audits, and supervise accounting staff. Requires 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA preferred. Chicago market. Email resume to ieasthope@talentsphere.ca for confidential consideration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
