Job Summary
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across global entities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement review. Own consolidated financial reporting processes, provide technical accounting guidance on revenue recognition and lease accounting, and oversee audit processes as the primary liaison with external auditors. Partner cross-functionally on cash activity and banking transactions while supporting tax reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor team members and drive process improvements within a fast-paced, multi-entity organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in multi-entity, global environments
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
