Job Summary
Hands-on Accounting Manager overseeing the full accounting cycle with a focus on WIP reporting; will supervise 5-6 accountants and AP/AR staff; collaborates cross-functionally with Project Managers to ensure financial accuracy and efficient completion of multiple projects; leverages Sage 300 CRE to drive process improvements; leads and mentors a team of Staff Accountants and AP/AR specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of construction accounting experience
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE is a must
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of WIP Accounting
- Experience in a unionized environment is a bonus
