Job Summary
Lead a team of 5-7 senior accountants responsible for R&D accounting and reporting across Traton AB and Scania CV AB; oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in IFRS and Swedish GAAP; own statutory reporting including annual financial statements and tax reporting; drive SAP transformation and process harmonization within Finance Operations; collaborate with Group Accounting, Controlling, and international R&D stakeholders to enhance financial processes and reporting quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within accounting or finance
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, IFRS, and Swedish GAAP
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- SAP experience (preferably S/4HANA) is an advantage
