Job Summary
Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes while owning financial accuracy, audits, and GAAP compliance. Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and cash management activities. Manage Form 990 and NAIS reporting deliverables, serving as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft financials and general ledger. Partner with HR and Finance on system integration and reporting to drive process improvements. Provide leadership across accounting and shared services functions. This on-site role in Hershey, PA, supports Milton Hershey School's mission to provide a cost-free home and top-notch education to over 2,200 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in accounting/finance
- CPA
- 8+ years of accounting experience
