Job Summary
Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes while owning financial accuracy, audits, and GAAP compliance. Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, cash management, and banking activities. Serve as subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Financials and GL, partnering with HR/Finance on system integration and reporting. Manage Form 990 and NAIS reporting deliverables to support the organization's perpetuity. This on-site role in Hershey, PA, offers salary between $83,000 and $111,000. You will drive process improvements in a complex environment while engaging with students at Milton Hershey School.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in accounting/finance
- CPA
- 8+ years of accounting experience with leadership scope
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, and GAAP
- ERP experience
- Ability to drive process improvements in a complex environment
- Extraordinary accuracy with an ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including skills in advising and collaborating
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
- Must be eager to actively engage with MHS students
- Relocation to Hershey, PA
