Job Summary
Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting functions for clients, daycares, and K-8 schools, including AP, payroll, AR (tuition billing), and financial statement production; perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and budgeting; develop procedures for recording donations and program revenue; generate standard and customized reports; collaborate with school leadership and staff; maintain ethical, confidential handling of financial data; role supports a faith-based educational mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in non-profit accounting
- Experience working in a school environment (faculty, staff, parents, students) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite and Coupa preferred)
- Expertise in MS Excel and non-profit accounting regulations
