Job Summary
Accounting Manager will oversee treasury management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting while leading a accounting team. Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, managing banking relationships, ensuring internal controls and GAAP compliance, producing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, supervising staff, identifying process improvements, providing financial analysis to support strategic decisions, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and FP&A. Proficiency with NetSuite and other financial systems required; CPA preferred; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (NetSuite) and financial systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
