Job Summary
The Accounting Manager oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue operations with broad ownership of accounting processes. Responsibilities include reviewing and posting General Ledger transactions, managing period-end close and internal reporting, overseeing vendor management and payroll-related expense processes, asset and lease accounting (ASC 842), monthly client invoicing, AR monitoring, and cross-border international operations. The role requires collaboration with bankers and engagement teams, leadership of accounting staff, and ensuring internal controls and regulatory compliance. Experience in public accounting or professional services and CPA progression are preferred; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus, and FINRA Series 99 license eligibility is noted. The position is primarily on-site (4–5 days/week) in Richmond, VA, USA.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or progress toward certification
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 99 license
- Knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion experience a plus)
