Job Summary
Accounting Manager to lead global statutory reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions and support month-end close. The role requires coordinating with external firms, tax, treasury, legal, and accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP, while bridging US GAAP/IFRS to local GAAP differences. Responsibilities include overseeing statutory audits, maintaining calendars, managing in-country service providers, and mentoring accounting staff. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of multinational statutory reporting, CPA, and advanced Excel proficiency. The position emphasizes ownership, initiative, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational environment, with potential for special projects and international entity integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multinational statutory reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong ownership/initiative/solution-oriented mindset
- Organized and thorough with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize
- Effective communication with multiple stakeholders
