Accounting Manager - Pharmacy

Job Summary
Manage financial reporting across multiple pharmacy business lines, including tracking revenue, cost of goods, rebates, and margins while preparing month-end close activities and analyzing budget variances. Monitor pharmacy contract performance and support RFP pricing, pro forma development, and contract evaluations to identify cost efficiency opportunities. Oversee purchasing accounts and vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies and partnering with operations to optimize formulary management and staffing workflows. This role serves as a key partner between pharmacy operations, finance, and corporate leadership to ensure accurate financial oversight and strong contract performance within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, operations, or account management preferred
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
