Job Summary
Lead the order-to-cash function for the Trucking division, overseeing billing and collections from invoice creation to cash application, while enforcing processes and controls. Manage and develop the billing/collections team, ensure accurate invoices for linehaul, fuel surcharge and accessorial charges, drive KPIs (DSO, billing accuracy), support month-end close, coordinate with operations, sales and customers, and implement process improvements using ERP/TMW/EDI.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on billing & collections
- 2+ years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience
