Accounting Manager

Own the close and reporting cycle for a tech-enabled organization. Lead month-end and year-end close processes with focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Prepare and review journal entries across assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses; ensure financial statements reflect a complete and accurate view of the business; mentor and develop the accounting staff; strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness. Partner with finance leadership and operations to align reporting with business needs, translate financial data into insights, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Drive improvements to make reporting faster, clearer, and more reliable, and help evolve accounting practices to support a growing, tech-driven environment. This role influences how we scale, invest, and operate and requires strong collaboration across teams and a proactive approach to process improvement.
