Accounting Manager – On-site

Oversee all core accounting functions including monthly close, consolidated reporting, and financial statement production. Manage AP, AR, GL, payroll review, job costing, and bank reconciliations while maintaining internal systems and refining reporting structures. Coordinate with external partners on tax filings, audits, and compliance to ensure adherence to GAAP. Strengthen financial procedures, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights to guide leadership decisions and vendor negotiations. Mentor accounting staff and manage relationships with banks and insurers within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
