Job Summary
Integra Beauty is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager with 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a DTC or CPG setting. The role involves leading accounting operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, and managing month-end close processes. A Bachelor's degree is required and CPA certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior supervisory role.
- Strong preference for experience in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment, specifically dealing with inventory, COGS, and high-volume transaction processing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling) and hands-on experience with a major ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, reliable financial data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
Desired Qualifications
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite.
