Job Summary
Oversee monthly financial statements including reporting for parent company consolidation; supervise financial planning by assessing performance and risks; prepare detailed reports on financial performance; ensure compliance with financial regulations; identify spending and revenue patterns and provide fixes; represent the company with external financial entities; manage journal entries, month-end close, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting; develop budgets to satisfy departmental needs; support new ERP system setup; supervise audits and internal controls; manage accounts payable/receivable; stay aware of events impacting operations; requires 6+ years accounting experience and a 4-year degree; bilingual in Korean a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- At least 6 years professional accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, accounting software, corporate principles, and financial analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- An analytical mind and effective organizational and leadership abilities
