Job Summary
Lead and manage multi-entity accounting operations in a high-growth healthcare services environment, driving timely financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal control enhancements. Build scalable accounting infrastructure, mentor senior staff, support acquisition integrations, and partner with leadership on reporting, automation, and process improvements. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the close across multiple locations, reviewing journal entries and financial deliverables, ensuring audit readiness, and collaborating on location-level reporting and allocation methodologies. Ideal candidates bring 5–15 years of progressive accounting experience, strong leadership and cross-site coordination skills, ERP experience (Sage Intacct or NetSuite), and comfort operating in a fast-moving, acquisition-driven context.
Required Qualifications
- 5–15 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong operational accounting and month-end close experience
- Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
- CPA is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite preferred
- Strong process improvement and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
