Accounting Manager

Job Summary
The right Accounting Manager will oversee all daily accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, billing, collections, payroll, and general ledger), manage month-end/year-end close and produce financial statements, ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and local requirements, handle foreign currency and intercompany accounting, oversee cash flow, tax compliance, and audits for international locations, lead and mentor the accounting team, and partner with executives on budgeting/forecasting while driving process improvements and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Accounting is required
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience is required
- Experience managing accounting operations across multiple countries and legal entities is required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and IFRS principles
- Experience with foreign currency translations and intercompany accounting
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
- ERP system experience is required; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
