Job Summary
The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting, finance, and tax functions in a fast-paced vehicle logistics environment, managing invoicing, collections, payments, and cost accounting while ensuring compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, leading the budgeting process, and securing internal controls for company assets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-7 years of experience in accounting, managerial experience, and proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Holder of A' class signatory rights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA (completed or in progress) are advantageous.
- Experience in the logistics, automotive, or transportation sectors is an advantage.
