Job Summary
Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple U.S.-based clients in an outsourced environment, executing month-end close processes including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Process payroll, support employee onboarding, and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and transactional workflows while maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks Online and Desktop/Enterprise. Prepare sales tax filings, build Excel-based financial reports and dashboards, and ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards. Requires 5+ years of experience in outsourced accounting, fluent English proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. Remote role with Latin America preference; market rate compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience within an outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, or client-services environment
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise
- Fluent English communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with U.S.-based stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data analysis, and reporting functions
- Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable/accounts receivable workflows
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- High English Proficiency Required
- Fluent spoken and written English

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting clients in the Logistics or HVAC industries
- Familiarity with tools such as Ramp, Bill.com, Gusto, Paylocity, or ADP
- Experience with U.S. sales tax filings and compliance
- Background working with founder-led or privately held businesses
- Experience creating financial dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational reporting
