Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of client accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate reporting, review month-end/year-end close, provide strategic insights on cash flow and profitability, and mentor a team of Senior/Junior Accountants and Bookkeepers. Drive process improvements, GAAP compliance, and financial modeling; collaborate with onboarding and sales to align scope; and promote cloud-based accounting technologies while guiding clients toward optimal financial decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Supervisory or team management experience
- Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Experience advising multiple clients across industries
- Process improvement mindset
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
