Accounting Manager

Job Summary
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with K3, IFRS, and local GAAP. Oversee group consolidation, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and drive continuous improvements to processes, controls, and ways of working. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements while coordinating external audits and maintaining a strong internal control environment. Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering collaboration and accountability, while partnering with the CFO and cross-functional colleagues to support business growth and provide accounting expertise on key initiatives. Drive the development of accounting systems and tools to improve efficiency, data quality, and scalability. Based in Stockholm with a minimum of three days per week in the office, this role reports to the CFO and is ideal for someone with international, multi-entity experience who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Solid accounting experience
- Experience from an international, multi-entity environment
- Experience from both a larger organisation and a fast-growing company
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience with financial reporting and close processes
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
