Job Summary
Accounting Manager at Mariani Enterprises LLC (Liliput brand) to assist Controller with monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition under ASC 606 for construction/projects, AP/AR support, and control documentation. Responsible for close calendar, balance sheet reviews, variance investigation, and collaboration with AP/AR staff. Requires 4+ years of accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and experience with NetSuite/Aspire; CPA/CMA a plus. Location in Los Angeles, CA; standard full-time role with pay range $115K-$135K and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- hands-on involvement in the monthly close
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 in construction or project-based environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with NetSuite and Aspire is a plus
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus, but not required
