Accounting Manager - Manufacturing

Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for manufacturing entities while managing and reconciling complex inventory and cost accounting processes. Implement and improve use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine systems to drive process improvements. Collaborate with plant controllers and corporate finance to ensure consistency and accuracy, analyze variances to recommend improvements to financial processes, and support internal and external audits. This role requires a CPA or CMA with 7+ years of manufacturing accounting experience and is based in Duluth, GA, with a hybrid schedule. The organization offers a base salary of $130K–$140K plus bonus, excellent healthcare, and generous PTO.
