Accounting Manager

Job Summary
Lead monthly close and consolidation of global entities; ensure GAAP-compliant financial records and reporting; review general ledger activity and reconciliations; partner with FP&A and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions; strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements across accounting; oversee treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and external reporting; coordinate annual audits and tax compliance; mentor and develop the accounting team across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll; collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other functions to support company objectives; translate financial information into actionable business insights while balancing detail with strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting or finance experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing employees
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience managing month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or operational accounting environments preferred
