Job Summary
Manage accounting activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and close-related tasks. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting while supporting intercompany accounting and U.S.-specific compliance matters. Take ownership of federal, state, and local tax requirements, coordinate with third-party advisors, and establish scalable accounting processes and best practices using NetSuite. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and audit support materials while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Desired Qualifications
- CPA
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; a combination of public accounting and industry experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with financial consolidations and accounting across multiple entities and/or jurisdictions
- International or global accounting experience
- Familiarity with U.S.-specific accounting, tax, and compliance requirements, including experience working with third-party tax advisors
- Experience within medical devices, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or another similarly regulated/global industry
- Strong understanding of month-end close, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and advisors across multiple geographies and time zones
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
