Job Summary
Lead a team responsible for end-to-end accounting operations across assigned regions, overseeing payroll, fixed assets, cash management, OPEX, and intercompany transactions. Ensure all financial reporting obligations are met for assigned countries while supporting the Controller with monthly close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reviews. Manage internal control testing and support both internal and external audits, including statutory and quarterly reporting. Collaborate with operations and finance teams on annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a managerial or team lead role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or a recognized professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and policies
- Proficient in the full close process, including journal entries, invoicing, accruals, expense distribution, and ad-hoc reporting
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in business controls and process improvement is a plus
