Job Summary
Accounting Manager responsible for end-to-end accounting operations for the Philippine operations, including financial reporting, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and cash flow forecasting. Requires detail-oriented, proactive leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and decision-ready financial records, with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills to partner with leadership and manage deadlines across multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial management roles
- Proven experience overseeing accounting operations for a Philippine entity
- Strong background in financial reporting, payroll administration, tax compliance, and audit coordination
- Solid understanding of Philippine statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (CPA) is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial management roles.
- Proven experience overseeing accounting operations for a Philippine entity.
- Strong background in financial reporting, payroll administration, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
- Solid understanding of Philippine statutory requirements, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS standards is an advantage.
- Experience using accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
