Job Summary
Lead the preparation, coordination, and review of the month-end close process, including monthly general ledger account reconciliations and foreign subsidiary consolidations. Support external auditors on PCAOB audits, manage tax compliance filings, and oversee internal control monitoring. Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP while tracking new accounting pronouncements and SOX initiatives. This role is ideal for a finance professional with CPA certification and 5-7 years of U.S. GAAP experience, working within Blockstream's growing Bitcoin infrastructure team as the company prepares for public market readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
- U.S. GAAP experience

- Strong knowledge of the U.S. GAAP
- SEC regulations knowledge
