Job Summary
Manage the finance/accounting team for Lowe Boats and oversee general accounting activities for the Lebanon, MO facility. Work with plant leadership on key initiatives, develop direct reports, and act as the finance business partner for the Lowe brand including pricing guidance. Lead analysis to unlock value across production, logistics, and procurement while preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and conducting financial reviews with senior leadership. Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities, and maintain internal controls including SOX documentation and physical inventory oversight. Provide financial guidance on operational results, working capital improvements, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and lead the department through external and internal audits.
Required Qualifications
- Four year Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- minimum of six years work experience
- Preferably in the Manufacturing industry
