Job Summary
Accounting Manager role overseeing key financial accounting functions, including month-end consolidation and close for processes such as R&D capitalized labor, accounts payable, payroll, leases, intercompany transactions, and consolidation; prepare and review journal entries and financial statements with GAAP footnotes; lead and mentor direct reports; monitor currency revaluation/foreign exchange; perform complex reconciliations; coordinate external audits; possess deep understanding of general ledger/subledgers and drive process improvements across multiple business units in a SaaS/software environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6+ years of corporate accounting experience
- SaaS/Software industry experience
- Technical and functional knowledge of NetSuite, MS Suite including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
- CPA license preferred
