Job Summary
Review, reconcile, and finalize monthly financial statements for property and corporate entities. Post monthly government housing vouchers from local authorities and adjust tenant ledgers as needed. Provide financial data reports to management and supervise the property accountant team. Offer support to other accounting department personnel while maintaining professional attendance and alertness. This role supports the Controller in managing complex financial transactions for apartment communities across the southeastern United States.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree
- 3 to 5 years related experience
