Accounting Manager

Oversee the organization's accounting operations, including monthly and annual financial statement preparation, month-end and year-end closing, and cash flow monitoring. Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and fixed asset accounting while ensuring GAAP and IFRS compliance. Supervise the accounting team by assigning responsibilities, conducting performance evaluations, and mentoring staff. Implement accounting policies, streamline processes, and support ERP system upgrades. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate significant manufacturing variances to report to management. Coordinate annual external audits and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
