Accounting Manager

Lead and develop a team of four to accomplish team objectives while overseeing the month-end close process and producing timely financial statements. Review journal entries, monthly reports, and balance sheet reconciliations, and manage the annual external audit and quarterly bond compliance. Set up accounting processes for new business initiatives, drive process improvements using existing automation tools, and perform ad hoc analysis. Respond to questions from operations and senior management to provide high-level support. This role requires a four-year accounting degree and five years of management experience, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Located at the headquarters near I-10 Katy Freeway and 610 W Loop N Freeway.
