Job Summary
Accounting Manager to lead month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls for a fast-growing multi-brand distribution business. Will oversee accounting for retail accounts, manage revenue recognition and inventory valuation, monitor AR aging and deductions, support audits and tax filings, and partner cross-functionally to enable operational and strategic decision-making. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, distribution/CPG/retail accounting experience, and hands-on ERP workflow improvements; supervision of accounting staff and driving process optimization are included. Korean bilingual is required; CPA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years in supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- ERP system experience required
- Experience in distribution, CPG, or retail accounting preferred
- Korean bilingual
- CPA preferred
