Accounting Manager

Oversee billing and collections, manage sales/use tax reporting, and lead monthly closing processes for the general ledger. Create and analyze regular financial and job cost reports for executives and project managers while providing proactive analytics to improve forecasting. Assist the CFO and Controller with audit work papers, reconcile accounts, and support budgeting efforts. Build partnerships with customers, internal teams, and division leaders to drive process improvements. This role supports Nashville Machine's expansion in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical projects across Middle Tennessee.
