Accounting Manager COE – General Ledger Accounting

Lead GL accounting across regions with end-to-end responsibility for General Ledger, including balance sheet, P&L, and consolidation activities. Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closes; ensure IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS compliance; manage SOX/internal controls and lead internal/external audits. Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of GL processes; partner with AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, and Business Finance teams; mentor and develop a high-performing GL team, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support talent development and succession planning. Require strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and deep expertise in GL accounting, financial close, and regional consolidations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
