Job Summary
Oversee the month-end close process, review and approve journal entries, and manage general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities. Supervise and mentor two accounting staff members while handling intercompany transactions and maintaining internal controls. Perform detailed variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the integrity of financial data for cross-functional reporting and audit support. Requires a CPA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, supervisory experience in a large complex organization, and advanced Excel proficiency. Located in IND4.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working in a large company environment with complex transactions
- Strong background in multi-entity accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and close processes
- Experience managing intercompany transactions and consolidations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
