Accounting Manager

Reconcile CNAC and J.D. Byrider cash reports, daily deposits, and inventory, receivables, and controlled accounts. Enter and validate accounts payable invoices, process check requests, and post bank information into the accounting system. Maintain petty cash, vendor accounts, and paper flow while auditing labor hours, internal parts charges, and sublet vendor invoices. Manage the CNAC Cashier and Administrative Assistant, take payments, and process time cards for payroll accuracy. Update line of credit and floor plan information, audit collateral files, and complete month-end reports, accruals, and financial statements. Monitor lien filing compliance and update operating statements. Assist the Service Manager with physical parts inventory adjustments.
