Job Summary
Lead group reporting and consolidation for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings while transitioning the organization from K3 to IFRS and establishing an internal control framework. Drive sustainability reporting and professionalize board-level financial data presentation, ensuring scalable processes and accurate financial data presentation. Manage accounting staff and coordinate with the external outsourcing partner to maintain consistent quality and interface standards. Support the external audit firm with interim and year-end requests and lead finance function projects to develop best practices and new accounting standards. Ensure high-quality financial reporting processes during the company's expansion phase.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree within Business Administration, preferably with focus on accounting
- Several years of relevant experience in the field, preferably from working with group accounting at a multinational company and/or big four audit firm
- Strong K3 and IFRS skills and interest in complex accounting issues
- Experience in sustainability reporting, preferably including CSRD/ESRS
- Knowledgeable in accounting, group accounting/consolidation, financial reporting
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Solid team working ethic
- Positive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to deliver outstanding financial analysis
