Job Summary
Accounting Manager to maintain financial records, manage fuel invoicing, fixed asset reporting, fleet card program, and support store operations; perform monthly general ledger reconciliations, process daily fuel invoicing, manage receivables, deposit customer payments, supervise fixed asset tracking, assist with month-end close and financial reporting, and identify process improvements with strong internal controls. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of accounting experience; must be proficient in Excel and accounting software; opportunity to collaborate with accounting and operations teams in a 100% employee-owned environment (ESOP).

- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
