Job Summary
Accounting Manager with Americas focus overseeing US and Philippines-based accounting teams, responsible for full-cycle close, monthly financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, and cash forecasts; lead client calls and manage multiple client projects; oversee offshore team, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, support tax processes, and maintain compliance with government agencies; requires knowledge of US GAAP (ASC606), experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks Online preferred, Xero, NetSuite) and various payroll, expense, billing, and inventory platforms; strong Excel and communication skills; 7+ years of relevant experience; remote opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 7+ years of applicable experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, sum-if formulas)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
