Job Summary
Lead global month-end close and consolidation, partner with Revenue Operations on software revenue/forecasting/billing, manage invoicing and cash applications for US/Canada clients, oversee accounts payable for Canada/Australia, review payroll for US/Canada/Australia, support quarterly statements and intercompany entries, and implement/improve accounting systems and internal controls; requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred), 5+ years US GAAP experience, strong Excel and data storytelling skills, and experience leading global accounting teams in fast-paced technology environments. Additional duties include audits support, tax filings, and ensuring timely month-end close and regulatory/compliance activities; PowerBI experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive US GAAP accounting experience at global technology companies
- Proficient Excel skills
- Experience leading global accounting teams through high-growth in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to drive to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with PowerBI a plus
- Experience with M&A or venture capital-backed/private equity-backed companies is a bonus
